Cash or cheque is accepted in person. You can also purchase online using Paypal.  Paypal allows you to pay with most major credit cards or from a checking account.

Felina Shoes is based in NYC; however, we travel as well. When we are in your neighborhood, you can certainly purchase shoes in person. 

If we are scheduled to be in your neighborhood, and you'd like us to bring a few particular pairs for you to try, please write to us.

Shipping cost is $10 Domestic, $25 to Canada and $30 International. Please remember that we will not ship your shoes until the correct amount of shipping is paid.

Your item will be shipped by priority mail with insurance the day after your payment is received.

Shipping takes 2-3 days domestic, 4-10 days international.

If you are not absolutely satisfied with your shoes, you may exchange or get a refund, as long as the shoes have not been worn and are in the same condition as when you purchased them. 

Items must be returned within 14 days after delivery by priority mail with insurance.

Credit for returns and exchanges will not be issued until Felina Shoes confirms receipt of the merchandise.

Please be aware that shipping & handling fee is non-refundable.
