FAQs about our Refer-a-Friend Program
1. Are there any limits on the number of referrals or credits I can earn?
No. There is no maximum to the number of referrals or Credits you can earn. If your Credits exceed the total merchandise value of your original purchase, your remaining Credit will be applied to your future purchase. (expires after 60 days from the date of original purchase unless otherwise stated) Each customer is allowed to use a Referral Code from the same friend only once.
2. When and how will I get my Referral Code?
After you shop from Felina Shoes online, email us to request your Referral Code, which you will be able to forward to your friends. 3. Where does my friend enter my code to get the $10 cash credit (and for me to get the $20 credit)?
Your friend must enter your referral code and your name in the shopping cart screen when placing his or her order. 4. Do my cash credits ever expire?
Each credit expires after 30 days unless otherwise stated.
5. Can I combine credits?
You may not combine Referral Codes from two parties and you may not use your friends' Referral Codes toward $10 credit once you start earning $20 Credit with Referral Codes from your purchases. However, if you have made a purchase with a friend's Referral Code, you can still earn $20 Credit for each new referral that you make. 6. Can I refer someone who has previously purchased from FELINA SHOES?
Yes. A Referred Person can be a first time customer or an existing FELINA SHOES customer. 7. Can I return/exchange merchandise purchased with a Referral Code?
No. Merchandise which has been ordered and supplied at reduced price with the Referral Program cannot be exchanged or returned. Additionally, Credits from Referral Program cannot be applied towards sale or discount items.
