Q. What is your return policy?
A. Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, FELINA SHOES will gladly accept returnd items that have not been worn and are in the same condition as when you purchased them. If you wish to request a refund, FELINA SHOES must be notified within 5 business days.
The following may NOT be returned:
- Any item without customer service authorization
- Used or damaged items
- Items returned over 14 days of shipment receipt date
- Merchandises on sale or any item purchased with discount/coupon/referral code/referral credit
We offer refunds on full purchase price of unused items, minus shipping and handling fees. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
Q. What is the return process?
A. To return an item:
- Contact FELINA SHOES via email at email@example.com.
- Ensure that your return is being sent to us with a traceable carrier and retain the tracking number for your records.
- FELINA SHOES is not responsible for any items that were lost in transit. We recommend that you use insurance.
- The box the items were originally shipped in can be reused if it is appropriate.
Q. Do I have to pay for shipping on returned items?
A. YES. If you return an item, we will credit you for the price of the item minus restocking fees. We do not cover the cost of shipping unless we made an error by sending you the incorrect merchandise.
Q. How do I obtain a refund?
A. Please note, we will only refund or pay shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Credit for returns will be issued once FELINA SHOES confirms receipt of the merchandise.
