RETURN & EXCHANGE

Q. What is your return policy?
A. Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, FELINA SHOES will gladly accepts returns of items that have not been worn and are in the same condition as when you purchased them.   If you wish to request a refund, FELINA SHOES must be notified within 5 busines days.

The following may NOT be returned:

  • Any item without customer service authorization.
  • Used or damaged items
  • Items returned over 14 days of shipment receipt date.

We offer refunds on unused items, less of return fees (shipping & handling fee).

Q. What is the return process?
A. To return an item:

  • Contact FELINA SHOES via email at info@felinashoes.com
  • Ensure that your return is being sent to us with a traceable carrier and retain the tracking number for your records.
  • FELINA SHOES is not responsitble for any items that were lost in transit.  We recommend that you use insurance.
  • The box the items were originally shipped in can be reused if it is appropriate.

Q. Can I return the shoes to your other showroom locations?
A. Absolutely.  Before you ship or bring your shoes, please email info@felinashoes.com as well as the local showroom.    15% restocking fee will apply.

Q. Do I have to pay for shipping on returned items?
A. YES, if you return an item, we will credit you for the price of the item less restocking fees. We do not cover the cost of shipping unless we made an error by sending you the incorrect or damaged merchandise.

Q. How do I obtain a refund?
A. Please note, we will only refund or pay shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.  Credit for returns will be issued once FELINA SHOES confirms receipt of the merchandise.
