Q. What is your shipping method?
A. Your shoes will be shipped by USPS priority mail (unless otherwise requested by a client) with delivery confirmation and insurance after your payment is received. Additional shipping charges may apply for other shipment methods.
Q. What is the shipping cost?
A. Domestic shipping cost: $15, $10 for each additional item.
Shipping to Canada is $30, $15 for each additional item.
International shipping cost is $40, $20 for each additional item.
Q. Can I pick up the shoes?
A. Yes, you can pick up your shoes at the NYC showroom after completing the payment online. Please email us at info@felinashoes.com to let us know when you'll be coming to pick up the shoes.
Q. What is your shipping process?
A. Most of your order will ship within 24 hours after the payment is confirmed. Shipping takes 2-3 business days domestic, 4-10 business days international (may take longer for some countries).
Our website does not reflect real-time inventory but most "available" products are on hand for immediate delivery. Once in a while, items indicated available are not in stock anymore. Customers will receive an email from FELINA SHOES with the choice of changing the order or to receiving a full refund. Q. Can FELINA SHOES ship to a P.O.Box?
A. Yes.
Q. Can FELINA SHOES ship internationally?
A. Yes; we ship by priority mail because we found that packages are seldom handled by local Customs however, international orders may be subject to local import fees, customs, duties, or additional taxes in the country of destination. FELINA SHOES is not responsible for, nor can we offer any specific advice on, import fees, duties, customs, or taxes that you may have to pay when your merchandise arrives.
